Basic Rules and Information - aaa

1)
Please read what is listed inside the Links so you may know what we are
looking for in Customs. Please read all of the information, and please
put in the right type of information that is needed. This Means please
follow our Templates. We need all Information placed in the proper
template to ensure proper organization, and easy navigation.

2) We the staffers can not express number two enough.
Please look through all of the Indexes and all Accepted Information
before making something. We do not want fifty different versions of the
exact same thing. Please look through the regulations, and the
restrictions as well before accepting. Not everything is complete and
in their proper indexes, but if you take the time to search more then
likely you will find what you are looking for.

3) All Creations
will be accepted by three staff members, but may be denied by two staff
members. An Admin or Head Moderator has the ability to veto and reject
the any custom that has been created, or being created. Usually we do
not just veto or deny what we like to do is give out suggestions to
make things right. If a situation does not seem to please both parties
the Admin or the Head Moderator has the power, and capability to give
out an automatic two denial.

4) You may create restrictions
within all of your creations as long as they fit within the Rules of
Naruto Forum Role Play. These restrictions may include permission
before usage. This Rule may be wavered however if the person who
created the creation is inactive.

5) If you wish to create a
Bloodlimit do not rip off existing Bloodlimits. Do not combine existing
Bloodlimits to create another Bloodlimit. Keep all Bloodlimits unique,
and simple. Make sure a Bloodlimit has not already been created. Any
Bloodlimit that goes against this rule will automatically be denied
without questions.

6) When creating a Jutsu that only a Playable
Character may know a user is capable of doing so. You may create the
Jutsu, however the user must first purchase a scroll equal to the rank
of the Jutsu they wish to create. In Character the user puts the Jutsu
in writing inside the Scroll. In any way shape or form the user may
never, ever destroy the scroll. Reasons why is because this creates
interaction for all Players who wish to learn the same technique. Do
not expect a Technique where only a Character knows to be inside an
Index. Any Technique that a character may know will be put as universal
if the user is not active within an amount of two months period of time.

7)
When Making a thread please be considerate and help the staff out.
Since we have multiple types of Accepted boards please keep it
consistent. Please put all Jutsus that go into a Bloodlimit within the
same thread. Please put all Jutsus that go inside a Release, or
multiple releases in a thread. Please put all GenJutsus together in a
thread. Please do not mix and match different Jutsus for different
categories.

All Topics
must have a title of what the creation is. If the creation is a Clan or
a Bloodlimit please put the name of the Clan or a Bloodlimit. On the
right hand side of the title, place in what type of Creation you are
creating by using one of the acronyms listed below.




• When creating a Custom Jutsu You must put (CJ) in the right side and the name of your custom jutsu at the end of the title.
  
• When Creating a Custom Clan that knows an abundance of moves that will help in combat. Then please place (CC)
  in the right side of it. Regular Clans are not Bloodlimits. Clans allow
  anyone to learn the techniques as so long as a clan member teaches.
  
• When creating a Custom Bloodlimit you must put (CB)
  in the right side and the name of your Bloodlimit Clan at the end of
  the title. What makes the difference of a Custom Bloodlimit different
  from a Custom Clan is that no one can learn them except those who are
  born into the Bloodlimit. This is a tricky manner because most customs
  deal with eyes. Bloodlimit Jutsus are jutsus that are incredibly rare
  where only a few can learn, only those of blood can learn.
  
• When creating a Custom Weapon you must put (CW) in the right side and the name of your Weapon at the end of the title.
  
• When creating a Custom Puppet you must put (CPuppet) in the right side and the name of your Puppet at the end of the title.
  
• When Creating a Custom Summon you must put a (CS)in the right side and the name of your Summon at the end of the title.
  
• When
  Creating a Custom Helper, a helper is an animal companion that is
  usually used to help the user in battle. Think of a situation where a
  k-9 Unit is capable of helping a police officer during dire situations.
  When creating a Custom Helper you must type in (CH) in the right side of the name of the Helper you wish to create.
  
• When creating a Seal you must put in (CSeal) in the right side to indicate that it is a seal.
  
• When Creating a Custom Fighting Style you must put a (CSt)in the right side of the name of the style you wish to create.
  
• When Creating a Custom Herb you must state a (CHerb) in the right side of the name of the Herb, or Herbs you wish to create along the title.
  
• When Creating a Custom Animal you must state a (CA) in the right side of the name of the Animal.
  
• When Creating a Custom Mixture using an Herb/Animal you must state a (CM) in the right side of the name of the Mixture.
  
• When Creating a Custom Ritual you must state a (CRit) in the right side of the name of the Ritual, or Rituals you wish to create along the title.
  
• When Creating a Custom Religion you must state a (CRel) in the right side of the name of the Religion you wish to create.
  
• When Creating a Custom Organization you must state a (CO) in front of the name of the Organization you wish to create.
  

What Wont Be Accepted - aab

• No
  Jutsus that give out to plus in Attributes. These are Speed
  enhancements, Strength Enhancements, Endurance Enhancements. (Admin
  Approval First)
  
• No Jutsus that have already been accepted, though if there are certain alterations we may.
  
• No Jutsus that messes with the fabric of time.
  
• No Jutsus that consists of the four natural forces, or really forces that can not be altered or change
  
• No Jutsus that deal with nullifying all other Jutsus
  
• No Mind Control Jutsus, only jutsus that give out illusions.
  
• No Guns
  
• No Fighting styles that consist of Elements. (Show it to Admins First)
  
• No Religion that deals with Elements.
  
• No Bloodlimits that are GenJutsus
  
• No Dragon Ball Z Bloodlines or Techniques
  
• No Jutsus that control, or mess with elements found in the Periodic Table.
  
• No
  Real Life Characters. You are capable of other anime Character but you
  have a one shot chance to create it. There must be a real good history,
  and you must state how they are plausible in the Naruto Realm. If you
  can not do this within the first try, you will not be accepted. Ever.
  No Religious faces. No Santa Claus, no Jesus, no Muhammad, no Ala.
  Certain Characters have certain standards.
  
• No Organization
  that has the ambitions to conquer the world. No World Conquering. If
  you want to make an organization that assassinates, you must use the
  Ryo out of your own pocket, your organization's pocket. No NPCs may
  attack or assassinate other people. No NPCs can be messengers. The
  Organization is PC. No NPC Can make a hit on PC Characters.
  
• No
  Weapons with Abilities within them. Every specialized weapon will have
  techniques, not abilities. Any weapon with abilities will be denied. No
  exception. No free techniques within weapons either. There will be
  techniques for weapons if one wishes, but you must learn them. Nothing
  is free. No element, no ability, and no nullifying. If a weapon has a
  seal, there has to have to be a technique on learning the seal. If the
  weapon is greatly specialized the weapon will need technique in how to
  control the weapon.
  

Notice About Customs - aac

This
is just a brief notice for all who creates customs for this site. We
the administrators have every right to deny any move we deam wish
without true explanation. Reasons for this is because some techniques
do not reach a certain criteria that we feel should be accepted. Please
do not complain, please do not argue, just take it as it is and please
move on by creating something else. Most Customs however will state a
reason why a technique or custom will not be accepted. This right is
especially for Clans, Bloodlimits, Religions, Rituals, Fighting Styles
and Seals.
