Animal Helper Diagram
Animal Companion- One who has animal companions. One who takes the time to understand
and have the feel of an animal companion. Animal Companions are those
who take the time to understand how it feels to have and keep an
animal. The animals and the user are one as they share great pains and
great accomplishments. The user takes the time to learn the art of
having a companion, having a second part of them as they both learn the
type of techniques necessary to endure and survive. These types of
users are known to be great in close combat, as well as mid ranged
combat. Reasons for that is because of the complexity that the two have
with one another in order to create perfect partnership.
Animal Companion
- Capable of having 6 Animal Companions of any type.
- Must Sacrifice 1 Clan Mastery.
- Animals may only learn techniques dealing with Animal Companions and Non-Chakra Related Styles.
- Animal is incapable of molding chakra, is incapable of learning techniques dealing with molded chakra.
- User may have any type of animal but must follow same restrictions in clans.
A
dog, cat, or other pet that provides health benefits to a person.
Companion animals may help relieve stress or serve a more active role,
as do guide dogs for blind persons and dogs trained to detect telephone
or doorbell sounds for deaf persons or seizures in epileptic persons
and signal for help. Dogs, cats, pleasure horses, birds, mice, guinea
pigs and more exotic species kept by humans for company, amusement,
psychological support, extrovert display and all of the other functions
that humans need to share with animals of other species; companions who
will not take emotional or psychological advantage of the person and
will, for the most part, stay faithful.
Animal Companions can
train into techniques just like the user may. Every Animal has its own
Class level just like a regular user. The Class levels of Animal
Companions are split in half of the user. This means that a "C" Class
level Animal is 250 Training Points, while the User is 500 Training
Points. An Animal and a User are able to train at the same time or in
different threads. This is used to not harm chances with the user when
training. Companions are not summons and thus cannot talk. Companions
are able to learn TaiJutsu techniques within reason as long as it is
reasonable enough. Animals are able to go into the gates. All Animals
are treated as movements of a TaiJutsu Master.
Animal Companions may die, and if one dies the user must relearn the basic techniques in order to control the animal.
Name:
- The
Name of the Animal Companion is important because, obviously, you need
to have a name for your Animal. It is who it is, it is part of your
family, your friends, it deserves a name. It can be in any language, of
any name as long as it is not a contraversal name. Doing the name in
another language adds some unique flavor to your Animal Companion, but
it is not necessary. There are several online translators available for
use in the production of names, and I will, at the end of this guide,
give the link for the site that I use for translations.
Size:
- There
are different sizes of animals In the Size department the user must
state the Typical Height/Length of the Animal Companion, as well as the
Typical Mass of the Animal Companion. There are a total of Six Size
Types of Animal Companions. Depending on the Size of the Animal
Companions depends on what the user must learn for the three basic
Animal Companion techniques.
There are Small, Medium, Large,
Huge, Gargantuan, and Colossal. No Animal may be larger then the set
sizes. User must type in the Size Type, the Length, Height, and Mass.
Size Type | Typical Length | Typical Height | Typical Mass |
Small | 50 - 99 cm (1.6 - 3.2 ft) | 50 - 99 cm (1.6 - 3.2 ft) | 6 - 20 kg |
Medium | 1 - 2 meters (3.3 - 6.5 ft) | 1 - 2 meters (3.3 - 6.5 ft) | 50 - 150 kg |
Large | 3 - 4 meters (9.8 - 13.1 ft) | 3 - 4 meters (9.8 - 13.1 ft) | 200 - 1200 kg |
Huge | 5 - 8 meters (16.4 - 26.2 ft) | 3 - 4 meters (9.8 - 13.1 ft) | 1.5 - 8 tons |
Gargantuan | 9 - 15 meters (29.5 - 49.2 ft) | 5 - 8 meters (16.4 - 26.2 ft) | 10 - 20 tons |
Colossal | 16 - 30 meters (52.5 - 98.4 ft) | 9 - 15 meters (29.5 - 49.2 ft) | 35 - 50 tons |
Depending
on the creature's largest size whether it is length or the height, it
may not extend past the farthest reach. This means that if a creature
has a Height of 5 meters, with a Length of 8 meters and is considered
as a Huge creature. The user must accomodate the height to four meters
giving the length a smaller length in order to accomodate the
creature's Huge size.
A user may never exceed Height limits,
however may exceed Length limits by sacrificing Height for Length. The
size however must be proportional. This is to keep Animal Companion
Sizes from reaching impossible feats.
The Largest Part of the
animal body cannot exceed the actual limit depending on the type of
animal. If an animal is longated such as an eel, worm, or snake the
distance then may be wavered, however the length must exceed the height
by at least twenty times. This means that if an animal has a normal
height of 1 ft the length must be at least twenty feet. If the ratio of
1 and 20 does not match then the maximum size may only be max of 30
meters within a Colossal sized animal creature. With the 20:1 ratio
however does not mean that a creature may exeed 60 meters in length
with a height of seven feet.
Class:
- In
here you must state how much training points an Animal Companion has
and the Class level. Keep track of this because each time an Animal
Companion earns techniques this goes up and the user must keep marking
the techniques the Animal Companion is learning. The starting Training
Points found in an animal when starting depends on the size of the
animal.
Starting Training Points
- Small - 100 Training Points
- Medium - 150 Training Points
- Large - 250 Training Points
- Huge - 400 Training Points
- Gargantuan - 600 Training Points
- Colossal - 850 Training Points

Type:
- What
kind of helper. Now this is where you can have a wide range of what
exactly a helper is. There are different types of helpers that you must
understand. You are capable of having a Fox, a Dog, a Cat, almost any
other real type of animal. You may have an animal that has been
extinct, as well as an animal that has lived during the Ice Age such as
the Wholly Mammoth, the Saber Tooth Tiger, and the Dodo. Please we do
not allow animals within the Jurassic period, Triassic Period, or any
other period that consists or deals with Dinosaurs. Please no
Mythological animals either, such as Dragons, Demons, Angels, Talking
Animals.
Gender:
- Simple, any Child is capable of stating this without any type of trouble. Is your Animal Male, or Female.
Personality:
- Perhaps
the third largest section. What kind of mood does your animal have,
what is the animal's personality. Does it like roaming around people?
Does it like being petted? Does it like eating people? These are things
that makes your animal Unique. What are its quirks, fears etc. Be
creative when coming up with the personality of the Animal Companion
because in a sense it is another character, it is part of you in every
way.
Appearance:
- Second
largest section because within this section the user must state how
large the animal companion is. The length, width, maybe weight. Be
creative in here, what color eyes does it have, does it have hair, what
kind of hair. What kind of skin color does it have. Does the animal
have some sort of special scars or special markings on it. Be creative
in how the animal looks, if you wish to post a picture do so in a link
form, do not post the actual picture.
History:
- The
history is the most important part of the animal's life. What
accomplishments did it gain, what sorrows did it go through. Did the
animal have a harsh life? Did it have a good life? Did the animal
Companion endure? State it within here. Since the animal companion
starts out with techniques (Indepth Below) you must state when and how
it learned each technique within the History to give it indepth.
Reasons why is because no one gains something without realization. Try
to be creative as well within here. If the animal is a Small animal you
must have at least two Paragraphs of History. If the animal is a Medium
sized animal there must be at least three Paragraphs of History. If the
animal is a Large sized animal there must be at least four Paragraphs
of History.
Cost:
- Please Look through the prices found within the Animalism Index to have the basic base price of the animal.
Technique Cost
Simple, for every technique an animal may know the cost of the animal increases.
- E - Rank - 50 Ryo Increase per known
- D - Rank - 100 Ryo Increase per known
- C - Rank - 200 Ryo Increase per known
- B - Rank - 400 Ryo Increase per known
- A - Rank - 800 Ryo Increase per known
- S - Rank - 1,600 Ryo Increase per known
For
Every Size "larger" then the base size of the animal listed in the
index the price increases by an extra 3,000 Ryo. User must keep track
of the price of the animal no matter what whether it is accepted or
not.

Jutsus:
- Every
Animal Companion Starts off with an amount of Jutsus. Also since an
animal Companion is considered to be more difficult to level up because
of the techniques that come with the Animal Companion are limited and
changing Jutsus is difficult, they are capable of starting out with
more then that of a character. Remember, the Class of an animal
companion is half of what is for a user.
All Rules apply for Animal Companions as they do with regular Characters such as learning "A" and "S" Rank Jutsus.
- "C" Class Animal Companion is 250 TP
- "B" Class Animal Companion is 750 TP
- "A" Class Animal Companion is 1,500 TP
- "S" Class Character is 2,750 TP
Side Note:A user may not try to keep TP from an Animal Companion for their
Character when revamping, dieing, or in any other means. Animal
Companion TP is just for Animal Companions.
