Together the Ultimate Shinobi staff developed a list of Cannon Jutsu
that are too overpowered and now not allowed on the site. These sites
are banned jutsu and
nobody is allowed to have them.
If you currently have them, they are automatically not allowed to be
used and it would be best to PM a staff member and ask them to remove
it from your application to not cause confusion amongst members.
Do
not question why certain jutsu aren't on the list, they all were
discussed among the staff and will remain on the list no matter what
complaints are made.
If you think there is a jutsu that needs to be added, please PM me and I'll bring it up in the Staff Room.
